New 5 Storey Block (Phase 1)
was occupied on the
6/2/2006. 2 New Chemistry
Labs, 2 Staff Room, 4
Computer Lab, Counseling and
Discipline Room and a
Seminar Hall comprises the 5
Storey Block.
The on-line School
Management System or simply
known as "SMS" was
launched. A School based
Local Area Network linking
every Block, classroom and
Admin Office was initiated.
School gets its Enterprise
Connectivity to the internet
with the SDSL line
installed. Virtually every
class has a Network
connection to the SMS and
Internet.
Phase 2 of the building
project was completed by
November 2006. This
comprises a brand New
6 Storey Classroom block
that replaces the KH Block.
A Charity Concert (Tiger-Sin
Chew) was held on the
17/06/2006.
Mr Yeong Soo Kang gets a
promotion. He holds a new
position (Deputy Director)
at the Institute of
International Language PJ.

lease of life. The whole
school gets repainted for
the upcoming celebration in
March.
89th Anniversary Celebration
of the School. The
inauguration of the 2 New
Block of Building
(10-3-2007).
Mr. Chan Kai Choon gets
appointed as the Pengetua
/Principal of SMJK Yu Hua on
the 16/8/2007.
The school achieved 2
excellence award for co-curiculum
from the Selangor State
Department.(August 2007).
SMJK Yu Hua Kajang took No 1
spot in the Anugerah
Kecemerlangan Koku Peringkat
Kebangsaan 2007.
One of the longest serving
staff of SMJK Yu Hua, Mr Loo
Fong Yew finally called it a
day. He retires after
serving almost 34 years in
the same school.
