The School Robotic Team

This year was a good year for the Robotic Club of SMJK Yu Hua Kajang. We managed to clinched the 3rd place in the National Robotic Competiton and thence, booked a place to the World Robot Olympiad 2006 to be held in Nanning, China from the 16th to the 19th November 2006.

Our students are categorised in the Senior Group (Age 16-18 years)

The autonomous robot must follow a specified track , pick up the can and return to the starting point. The robot that finishes the track in the shortest time is judged the winner.

Jalur Gemilang presentation ceremony at PUTRAJAYA

Venue: Bahagian Sekolah, Kementerian Pelajaran Putrajaya

On the 14th November, the Malaysian contingent comprising 7 teams that will take part in the World Robot Olympiad witnessed the Flag presentation ceremony at Putrajaya. The Deputy Director of Education (Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Pelajaran) handed over the Jalur Gemilang to the contingent leader Dr. Kamaruddin to lead the team to Nanning China from the 16th - 19th November 2006.
