Besides the crystal- clear sea,

Lie the sandy white beaches.

Families are all enchanted by its beauty.

Parents are relaxing after a hard day’s work,

Children with their innocent laughter are

Having fun.

Sea is a paradise for happy families!

Out of the blue,

Cries of fear filled the air,

As the waves of death swallowed the land.

Now,

All the things were gone,

Taken by the merciless tsunami.

No more laughter but tears,

All theirs beloved are swept away,

By the cruel and fatal tsunami.

Even though,

Tsunami is a natural calamity that mankind

Cannot avoid,

Hopefully,

History will not repeat itself.

Time is the best cure for wounds!
