Thank You                             

A journey lies ahead

For all of us today

A new beginning to venture

As our past kiss away

But as we search for our true selves

We tend to forget

Those who pulled us to our feet

And guide the first steps we tread

And now, as we go our separate ways

We remember those who gave us the hardest falls

Who taught us that life isn’t perfect

But in face of darkness, hope calls

We thank our teachers today

For all the guidance and influence they bring

And for all the praises and tempers they gave us

We give thanks in this heart song we sing

We will always uphold what you’ve taught us

To stay strong in darkness and despair

We will remember the way you stood before us each day

And said “catch it, every opportunity is rare.”

All gratitude and appreciation we give you

For all the lessons you’ve done

You struggled for our education

And hope we will succeed in our lives when we’re gone

If we offended you in any way
